Registration with  DCCPR 200C S Madison Ave. Exercise in the water. This class includes exercise which develop flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance. Many think of the program as an ideal total physical fitness program. May we remind you to always get a Doctor’s examination before starting this or any exercise program. You may have questions! Must I be able to swim? No, we will be in the shallow end and the exercises do not require any swimming ability. Our goal for you in this program is to somehow motivate you to make exercise a big part of your life. When you exercise you feel better, look better and act better. Come exercise the water way!
