Premium Waters, Inc. Donates Funds to Local Charities

For the third year, Premium Waters Owner, Cy Chesterman, and Douglas employees raised and donated funds to Coffee County Charities.

The Douglas plant was proud to share donations from Cy Chesterman, Premium Waters Owner, and local employees with two Coffee County charities. Our employee committee members chose Called to Care and the Childhood Cancer Awareness Group of Coffee County to receive donated funds. The Premium Waters team donated more than $11,000.00.

Gentry Colson of Called to Care shared her thoughts on the donation saying, “Called to Care provides opportunities for the community to serve our local children in foster care.  This funding will allow us to expand our clothing closet from a room full of storage bins, to a beautiful store-like environment where children in foster care can come shop for clothes, shoes, bags, and toiletries with dignity.  We are also launching a bible study/support group for local foster and adoptive dads, and this funding will allow us to purchase materials and other needed items to encourage our local dads. We hope Premium Waters’ generous donation encourages other local businesses to give in support of our local foster care community.  You don’t have to foster to make a difference!”

Tammy Morris of Childhood Cancer Awareness Group of Coffee County shared, “My heart is so full with the kindness of your company and employees! What a remarkable team you have at Premium Waters. I am so glad to have met the coworkers that made supporting our local children in treatment for cancer possible.”

Along with Mr. Chesterman’s donation, employees participate in fundraising during the year making a corporate match possible.

Premium Waters, Inc. is proud to continue to support local charities. Both Called to Care and CCAGCC touch the lives of many children and families in our area.
