The Douglas Fire Department is happy to announce the promotion of Brantley Anderson to Fire Inspector. In 1997, Anderson entered the Fire Department as a firefighter and has held various leadership positions such as Lieutenant and Shift Captain.

Chief Wilson states, “The decision was made by management in view of his support for the department during the 21 years that he has served with the Douglas Fire Department.” As Fire Inspector, Anderson will handle downtown business inspections and fire prevention education for the citizens of Douglas.
