Shanda Henderson has announced that she plans to seek re-election for the office of tax commissioner. She released a short statement to the citizens of Coffee County:
“It is truly a pleasure and privilege serving as your tax commissioner. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to meet and assist taxpayers daily. Being able to help the citizens of Coffee County is something I truly enjoy. For sixteen years serving the taxpayers and citizens of Coffee County has been an honor. Therefore, I am announcing my candidacy to seek re-election as your tax commissioner of Coffee County.”
Qualifying for county elections begins today and ends at 12:30 p.m. on Friday.
