Betty Jean Myers, age 79, of Douglas, GA, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022. Mrs. Myers was born on April 24, 1943 to the late Olan C. Renfrow and the late Goldie Kessinger Renfrow.
Survivors include; Daughter: Laurie Newell of Douglas, GA, Son: Mark Kessler of Arlington, TX, Six Grandchildren: Amanda Newell of Douglas, GA, Erin Newell of Douglas, GA, Chris Newell of Douglas, GA, Cody Kessler of Arlington, TX, Abbie Kessler of Arlington, TX, Maddie (Journey) Valderas of Grand Forks ND and Five Great Grand Children. She was preceded in death by; Father Olan C. Renfrow, Mother: Goldie Kessinger Renfrow, Husband: Clinton S. Myers.
The family will receive friends Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Sims Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, August 1, 2022 at 11:00AM at Satilla Memorial Gardens with Rev. Chris Watson officiating.
