Abbie Izora Wooten, 85

Abbie Izora Wooten, age 85, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Coffee Regional Medical Center folloing an extended illness. Mrs. Wooten was born on April 22, 1937, in Douglas, GA to the late Daniel  Tanner and Abbie Tuten  Tanner.

Survivors include: Daughter, Gail Burke of Douglas, GA, Daughter, Paulette (Earl) Plymale of Nashville, GA, Daughter, Patsy  O'Steen of Douglas, GA, Son, Joey R. Wooten of Douglas, GA, Two Brothers; Edward Tanner of Kennesaw, GA, Chestine Tanner of Arizona, Ten Grandchildren, and Seventeen Great Grandchildren. Mrs. Wooten was preceded in death by: Husband, Jesse Richard Wooten; Son, Donnie R Wooten; Father, Daniel Tanner; Mother, Abbie Tuten Tanner.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
