Ladye was born October 3rd, 1924 in her hometown of Memphis Tennessee and remained there throughout her childhood. In 1977, she and her husband, James Alexander Anderson, retired to Tavares, Florida where she lived for many years until her husband passed away from cancer in December of 1993. Ladye spent the rest of her years with her two daughters, Janet Lynn Anderson in Geneva, Florida and Connie Jo Morris in Douglas, Georgia.
Ladye was preceded in death by: her father, William R. Otte; mother, Mary Alice Ramsey; brother William R. Otte, and daughter Janet Lynn Anderson. Ladye is survived by her daughter Connie, Jo Morris; grandchildren: Stacy Morris Youmans, Shelly Alice Yeomans, Ashley Lee Spivey, and Christina Toray Anderson; and five great-grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be a private ceremony in Memphis Tennessee
