Mr. Julio Cesar Morgado-Blanco, 57 of Douglas, passed away on September 18, 2020.
Visitation will be Tuesday September 22, 2020 from 6PM – 8PM at Johnson Funeral & Cremation Services.
Funeral services will take place at a later date in Mexico.
