ServSafe leads the way in providing the restaurant and food service industry with an up-to-date, comprehensive food safety training and certification program.  ServSafe is the industry standard in food safety and health regulations education.

Take this fast, one-day session and become certified in the program that is recognized by more than 95% of all state and local health jurisdictions, while minimizing your time away from work.

Class will be held November 3 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the cost of the class is $180 which includes book.  Registration deadline is October 16, 2014.

For more information or to register contact Gail Giddens at 229-468-2074 or gail.giddens@wiregrass.edu.
