Officials with the Douglas Police Department released crime statistics for the month of October through the agency’s Facebook page Monday morning.
The release states, “The crimes reported in the crime statistics do not reflect all crimes within the City of Douglas or all the call types that officers respond to. The statistics shown are crimes reported under UCR (Uniform Crime Reporting) and are used for state and national crime statistics. The stats are for the month of Oct. 2014.”
