Mr. Richard Galin Keene, age 61, of Douglas passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at the Coffee Regional Medical Center, following a short illness. He was born May 17, 1953 to the late Harold D. Keene and the late Dorothy Louise Daniels Keene.

Survivors include: His Wife: Rev. Carol Elaine Rolls Keene of Douglas, GA; 1 Son: Steven (Janet) Keene of Douglas, GA; 1 Daughter: Regina Stone of Douglas, GA; 4 Grandchildren: Joshua Keene, Jordan Keene, Ansley Keene and Mia Bella Stone all of Douglas, GA; 2 Brothers: Bob (Angie) Keene of Albuquerque, NM; Michael (Susan) Keene of Waynesville, GA; 1 Sister: Lou Ann (Kenneth) Grooms of Waynesville, GA; Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Other Relatives.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, November 23, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Faith Mission Assembly of God Church in Green Acres. Mr. Keene will be placed in the church at 1:00 P. M. to lie in state until the funeral hour. The Interment will follow at the Douglas City Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at Ricketson Funeral Home on Saturday evening, November 22, 2014, from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
