Mrs. Carolyn Carver Wright, Age 82, of Douglas, GA passed away on Friday, December 12, 2014 at Coffee Regional Medical Center of Douglas, GA following an extended illness. Mrs. Wright was born on November 26, 1932 in Pearson, GA to the late Loren Ray Carver and Rebecca Morgan Carver.
She is survived by her daughter: Peggy Bryant and one son: James Boston Wright, Jr both of Douglas, GA; one step-sister: Joyce Smith and one step-brother: James Burkett both of Douglas, GA; three grandchldren: Christy McLeod, Cullin Bryant and Pillip Caulery, IV; six great grand Chjildren; nieces and nephews and Special Caregivers: Sharon Esquiavel and Mark Merritt, She was preceded in death by her late husband: James Boston Wright, SR; Son, Thomas David Wright and daughter, Glenda Sue Wright.
Family will receive friends and neighbors on Monday, December 15, 2014 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home.
Mrs. Wright will Lie In State on Monday, December 15, 2014 at Harvest Time Church of God from 1:00 PM until hour of service at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Matt Cason, Rev. Bobby Pope and Rev. Levi Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Zion Church Cemetery.
