Mr. John Hancock, Jr., age 56, of Douglas passed away Sunday evening, January 18, 2015, at the Coffee Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness. He was born August 8, 1958 to the late John Hancock, Sr. and Lester Faye Leavens Hancock.

Survivors include: Wife: Dina Robinson of De Land, Florida. Children: Twanya Clark, Jonathan Hancock, III, and Sara Renee Hancock, all of De Land, Florida. His Mother: Lester Faye Leavens Hancock of Douglas, Ga.; Siblings: Ronnie Hancock, Ernest Lester Hancock, and Tommy Hancock, all of Douglas, Ga., Benjamin Hancock of Jacksonville, Florida, and Faye Hancock of De Land, Florida. Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Other Relatives.

Graveside Services and Interment will be Thursday morning, January 22, 2015, at 11:00 A. M., at Antioch Cemetery. The Family will begin receiving friends Thursday morning, from 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M., at Ricketson Funeral Home.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the Arrangements.
