Mr. Charlie Nipper, Sr., age 81, of Douglas passed away Wednesday evening, February 11, 2015, at the Shady Acres Health & Rehabilitation Center, following an extended illness. He was born October 26, 1933 to the late Willie Nipper and the late Mary Carver Nipper.
Survivors include: His Wife: Louetha McKinnon Nipper of Douglas, Ga.; 1 Son: Charlie Nipper, Jr. of Douglas, Ga..; 1 Daughter: Judy Dombrowski of Pearson, Ga.; 1 Sister: Latrell Gillis of Pearson, Ga.; 4 Grandchildren, and 5 Great Grandchildren. Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Other Relatives.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, February 14, 2014, at 2:30 P. M., at the Chapel of Ricketson Funeral Home, with Rev. Marty Anderson and Rev. Kenyon Fennell officiating. The Interment will follow in the Salem Cemetery. The family will begin receiving friends Friday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 P. M., at Ricketson Funeral Home.
