Thomas Graham, age 73, of Broxton, GA passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at Hospice Atlanta in Atlanta, GA following an extended illness. Mr. Graham was born on June 22, 1941, in Douglas, GA to the Elzie Graham and Mamie Lee Merritt Graham.

Survivors include: his wife, Peggy Smith Graham of Broxton, GA; two daughters, Lynne (Jamie) Smith of Broxton, GA and Gwen Ricketson of Broxton, GA; three brothers, William Graham of Georgetown, GA, Charlie Graham of Broxton, GA, and Shorty Graham of Broxton, GA; sister, Marie Griffis of Broxton, GA; four grandchildren, Jessica (Blake) Gosnell, Stephanie (Derek) Herlocker, Kyle Ricketson, and Kaitlyn Ricketson; four great grandchildren, Breana Herlocker, Braden Herlocker, Josiah Gosnell, and Jordan Gosnell; brother-in-law, Wayne (Sherry) Smith; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 20, 2015 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Broxton Baptist Church with Rev. Derek Herlocker and Rev. Freddy Gardner officiating. Interment followed at Broxton City Cemetery. Active Pallbearers were: Sammie Roberts, Jared Roberts, Chris Hope, Barry Gosnell, Jason McCallum, and Larue Graham. Honorary Pallbearers were: Men’s Sunday School Class of Broxton Baptist Church and Larue Sheffield.

Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
