The deadline for all South Georgia State College Foundation scholarships for the Fall 2015 semester is March 31, 2015.

If you are interested in applying for a Foundation scholarship to help cover your cost of attendance at SGSC for the Fall 2015 semester, please visit www.sgsc.edu/alumni-and-friends/scholarships to print your application. You may also stop by the Office of External Affairs in Richey Hall on the Douglas Campus to pick one up.

There are several scholarship opportunities available, including scholarships aimed at STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) majors, as well as students taking advantage of SGSC’s new Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences degree.

Only one application is needed to allow a student to be considered for all available Foundation scholarships. Please submit your application and required essay to the Office of External Affairs before March 31 to be considered for a Foundation scholarship. Applications and essays can be submitted by mail or fax using the information provided on the application, or they can be scanned and emailed to Cathy Hand, SGSC’s Alumni Relations Specialist, at cathy.hand@sgsc.edu. You may also stop by and submit your application and essay in person during normal business hours.

Please contact the Office of External Affairs by phone at (912) 260-4269 or by email at externalaffairs@sgsc.edu with questions or for more information.
