Coffee County Schools to hold parent-teacher conferences Tuesday, report cards will be Issued

Parent-Teacher Conference Day for the Coffee County School System will be held Tuesday, March 17. Students will be dismissed early that day. Lunch will be provided for students, and the school buses will run their regular routes.

All parents or guardians are encouraged to attend, as report cards will be issued.  If parents or guardians are unable to attend conference day, they may contact their child’s homeroom teacher to arrange another conference date.  Otherwise, report cards will be given to students on Tuesday, March 24.

The following Parent-Teacher Conference Day schedule will be observed:

Ambrose                          11:30 AM            1:00 – 5:00 PM

Broxton                          11:30 AM            1:00 – 5:00 PM

Eastside                          11:30 AM            1:00 – 5:00 PM

Indian Creek                    11:30 AM            1:00 – 5:00 PM

Nicholls                           11:30 AM            1:00 – 5:00 PM

Satilla                            11:30 AM            1:00 –  5:00 PM

West Green                    11:30 AM            1:00 – 5:00 PM

Westside                       11:30 AM            1:00 – 5:00 PM

Coffee Middle School        1:10 PM            3:00 – 6:00 PM

G.W. Carver                  12:30 PM            4:00 – 7:00 PM

Coffee High                12:50    PM            4:00 – 7:00 PM

Coffee Career Aca.         12:30 PM            4:00 – 7:00 PM

Alternative Ed. Center    Noon                12:30 – 3:30 PM

Coffee County Schools encourage all parents and guardians to make every effort to attend their child’s conference.
