Mr. Hubert Howell Leavens, age 76, of Douglas passed away early Monday morning, April 6, 2015, at his residence, following an extended illness. He was born August 23, 1938 to the late Otto Leavens and the late Thelma Roberts Leavens.

Mr. Leavens, a native of Coffee County, was a retired carpenter. He had worked for the Fleetwood Mobile Home Industry for many years. He ws also preceded in death by his Wife, Leona Marie Bivins Leavens, and 1 Son, Jeffery Lamar Leavens. Mr. Leavens was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include: His Children: James Howell Leavens ; Jerry Otto Leavens ; and Belinda Marie Savoie, all of Douglas, Ga.; 1 Brother: Jerry Wayne Leavens of Douglas, Ga.; 7 Grandchildren, and 6 Great Grandchildren. Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Other Relatives.

Interment Services were held Monday, April 6, 2015, at 11:15 A. M., at the Douglas City Cemetery. If you would like to sign the Guestbook, please go Online to www.ricketsonfuneralhome.com.
