Ibra Diack, Engineering Manager of Southwire, was the speaker at the Douglas Kiwanis Club meeting Tuesday, May 19, at the Flyin’ Cowboy restaurant. He gave a presentation that showed what kind of products Southwire produces and the production processes for them.
Earlier this month, on May 12, Julie Macomber, Satilla Regional Library, spoke to the Kiwanis Club. Julie shared about the youth programs and services for the summer. She also spoke about her grandfather, who was a Kiwanian for almost 60 years.
The Kiwanis club members enjoyed and appreciated both presentations.
