Baxley resident George Elkins, who serves as the Lt. Governor for our Kiwanis district, spoke at the Douglas Kiwanis Club meeting Tuesday, June 9 at the Flyin’ Cowboy restaurant.
Mr. Elkins briefed the members on the current youth protection guidelines for all Kiwanis clubs. He covered the issues to include those members who must have a Kiwanis background check and answered questions.
