Carey F. Lott, age 60 of Douglas, passed away on Saturday, July 25, at home following a brief illness. Carey was born December 26, 1954 to Gwendolyn Royal Lott and the late Allen Francis Lott. He was employed by R.W. Griffin.
Survivors include: wife, Lou Wilson Lott of Douglas; daughters, Leslie Benton Standridge (Dwight) of Jefferson Ga, April Benton Adams of Douglas Ga; granddaughter, Abra Brooke Adams of Douglas; brother, Eric Lott (Stacey) of Ambrose Ga, the late Ricky Lott of Ambrose Ga; sister, Julie Lott Roberson (Tommy) of Ambrose Ga; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial will be planned at a later date.
