John Butler, associate pastor of First Baptist Church, was the speaker at the Douglas Kiwanis Club meeting Tuesday, Aug. 4 at the Flyin’ Cowboy restaurant.
John spoke about recent Supreme Court rulings, contacting our elected representatives, and holding rallies at the local and state level. He also announced a candlelight vigil at the Coffee County Courthouse on August 10 at 8 p.m.
The Kiwanis Club members enjoyed and appreciated his talk.
