Mixie Diane Rowe, age 53, of Douglas, GA passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015, at Georgia Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Rowe was born on September 25, 1961, in Tifton, GA to the late Ferman Coaston Laster and Mary Mercer Laster.

Survivors include: her two daughters, Mary Elizabeth Dianne Rowe and Marlena Minnie Lopez both of Douglas, GA; two sons, Charles Arthur Rowe, Jr and Matthew Gabriel Rowe both of Douglas, GA; three brothers, Ferman Coaston Laster, Jr., of Brunswick, GA, Tommy Jordan of Brunswick, GA, and Benny Jordan of Jacksonville, GA; fourteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 10, 2015 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at New Life Christian Worship Center with Rev. Johnny Smith, Rev. Victor Gilbert, and Charles Rowe, Jr. officiating.

Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
