Eugene Dyal, Program Coordinator for the Seven Rivers Resource Conservation & Development Council, was the speaker at the Douglas Kiwanis Club meeting Tuesday, Sept. 1, at the Flyin’ Cowboy restaurant.
Mr. Dyal explained what his organization is and does and discussed ongoing and future projects.
The Kiwanis Club members enjoyed and appreciated his talk.
