Mr. Robert Franklin Warnock, age 88, of Broxton , GA passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mr. Warnock was born on November 14, 1926 in Wheeler County, GA to the late Johnnie Harrison Warnock and Cora Belle Williams Warnock.
Survivors include his wife: Pearl Warnock, Broxton GA. Two daughters: Peggy (Raymond) Cato, Douglas GA and Rhonda (Keith) Baier of Yulee FL; one son: Roy (Donna) Warnock of Jacksonville, FL; three sisters: Betty (Donald) Davis, Judy (Jerry) Long and Iris (Jimmy) Davis all of Jesup, GA; six step-children: Vernon Floyd, Douglas, GA; Mary (Frank) Loiselle, Winter Haven, FL; Sue (Jimmy) Davis, Douglas, GA; Wayne Floyd of Broxton, GA; Barbara (Harvey) Bowen of Douglas, GA; David Floyd of Broxton, GA. Seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren,, several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by wife: Louise Cliett Warnock, grandson, Scott Cato, two sisters, Elise Lightsey and Shirley Mobley, Step-sons, Neil Joseph Floyd and Michael Floyd.
Visitation will be held Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM At Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, October 25, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Douglas Gospel Assembly with the Rev. Allen Peacock officiating. Interment will follow at Douglas Gospel Assembly Cemetery.
