Students and staff at Westside Elementary joined in the community to show their support for Passionately Pink For A Cure For Cancer on October 29 by dressing “as pink as possible.”
Students and staff went all out to show their support for those affected by the disease and in memory of Westside teacher Lisa Chriqui and secretary Carolyn Bush, who lost their battles. Ms. Chriqui and Mrs. Bush will always have a special place in the hearts of all Wildcats, and “thinking pink” certainly brought back fond memories for those they touched at Westside.
