Terry Moore, age 50, of Douglas, GA passed away on Monday, November 2, 2015, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Moore was born on November 21, 1964, in Douglas, GA to Elias Daniel Moore and the late Beatrice Adams Moore.
Survivors include: his father and step mother, Elias Daniel Moore and Joyce Adams Moore of Douglas, GA; two brothers, Kerry Weldon Moore of Lax, GA and Kelly Chaney of Douglas, GA; sister, Janice Day of Broxton, GA; six nephews Michael Vickers, Jerry Vickers, Kerry Moore, Jr, Spring Moore, Korey Moore, and Brooke Moore; great nephews, Levi Moore and Isaac Moore; two great nieces, Kiley Moore and Emelyn Moore; three special uncles, Jack Hamilton, Red Kirkland, and Jimmy Brookins; three special aunts, Aretha Hamilton, Carolyn Kirkland, and Mary Pattillo; and sister-in-law, Tammy Moore.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
