The Douglas – Coffee County Chamber of Commerce invites area young professionals from the ages of 21 to 45 to the first Young Professional Networking Holiday Event Thursday, December 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. This event will provide many networking opportunities for young professionals in the Coffee County area.

The Young Professional Network hopes to bring together new and upcoming professionals in the Douglas area to build more networking throughout the community. The hope is that this will in turn encourage more local businesses to work together for the common goal of expanding opportunities in Douglas.

Andrea Taylor, President of the Douglas-Coffee County Chamber of Commerce, says, “The Young Professional Network is a great opportunity for our young professionals to get together and network with each other. Events such as the holiday event coming up are so beneficial for the person attending as well as the company they work for. At these events, our young professionals in Coffee County will be able to not only promote their business but also promote themselves and make connections that will last a lifetime. The Chamber of Commerce is so excited to be able to create this opportunity for all of our young professionals.”

The event will be held at the McLean House located at 415 N. Gaskin Ave. Chamber member employees from ages 21 to 45 are welcome to attend.

For more information, contact the Douglas-Coffee County Chamber of Commerce at (912) 384-1873.
