Looking for Douglas souvenirs or a special gift basket to send someone for Christmas? The Douglas Visitor Information Center has what you need! Located at 211 S. Gaskin Avenue (Ashley Slater House), the Visitor Information Center has local and state souvenirs and gift baskets on sale through December 23.

“The Visitor Information Center has more than just brochures during this holiday season,” says Kimberly Tucker, Information Specialist.  “We have gift baskets already complete, full of souvenirs such as ornaments, coffee mugs, and more.”

The purpose of the Douglas Visitor Information Center is to provide information to visitors on lodging, dining and shopping options and things to do in Douglas and Coffee County, as well as recommendations on travel and tourism assets throughout the Magnolia Midlands Region and the State of Georgia. Visitors that stop by the Visitor Information Center during the month of December will receive a door prize.

For more information, call (912) 384-4555.
