Parks & Recreation Dept. to host Doyle baseball/softball school

The Douglas-Coffee County Parks and Recreation Department will host the nationally recognized Doyle Academy on March 19, 2016.

Americas #1 Camp will instruct baseball and softball players between the ages of six and 15 in hitting, throwing and fielding during the one-day school. The school will be held from noont to 5 p.m. at the Greg Walker Sports Complex located at the Coffee Middle School.

Doyle Baseball, in its 37th year of operation, conducts satellite schools all over the United States and Canada. More than 900,000 players have benefited from Doyle’s expert instruction. Thousands of players have gone on to collegiate careers as well as numerous players into professional baseball.

Doyle Baseball utilizes a step by step teaching approach that allows every player to improve and build confidence. The Doyle program is a result of continuous research and development and has constantly been improved to provide the best instruction for young players everywhere.

Tuition for the Doyle School is $45 per player. Team Rates are available.
