Mayor James H. Dennis recently signed a proclamation in recognition of Mrs. Farrar Cottingham for her many contributions to the Douglas-Coffee County community over the years.
Family present to witness Mayor Dennis signing the proclamation were Sid Cottingham, Katherine Woodward, Elizabeth Cottingham, Virginia Cottingham, and Jim Cottingham.
