Mr. Dennis Herman Rollins, Sr., age 89, of Douglas passed away Sunday afternoon, December 20, 2015, at his residence. Mr. Rollins was born November 11, 1926 to the late Thomas Herman Rollins and Olla Harper Rollins Campbell.

Survivors include: His Wife: Reva Mae Hendley Rollins of Douglas, GA; 1 Son: Dennis H. (Ginger) Rollins, Jr. Blackshear, GA; 1 Daughter: Lindsay (Justin) Chambers of Beaufort, SC; 3 Step-Daughters: June Smith of Broxton, GA, Melissa Carter of Valdosta, GA, Joey Broodwater of Valdosta, GA; 2 Grandsons: Brent Hopkins of Waycross, GA, Clayton Chambers of Beaufort, SC; 2 Granddaughters: Sutton Rollins of Blackshear, GA, Madison Chambers of Beaufort, SC; 6 Step Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren: Owen Hopkins, Camp Hopkins and Jack Hopkins of Waycross, GA; Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends and Other Relatives.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, December 23, 2015, at 11:00 A.M., at the First Baptist Church of Douglas, with Dr. Shep Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Rocky Pond Cemetery. The family request, in lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to your favorite charity. Visitation will be Wednesday morning at the First Baptist Church from 9:30 to 11:00 A.M.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
