Dollie Smith, 81, of Willacoochee, GA passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Ms. Smith was born on October 31, 1923, in Dublin, GA to the late Willie Hester and Bernice Spivey Hester Hatfield.

Survivors include: her son, Roy Smith of Douglas, GA; three daughters, Geraldine Hand, Jeanette Trowell, and Doris Lott all of Douglas, GA; three sisters, Lillian Hamilton of Florida, Lillie Mae Hatfield of New Orleans, LA and Maybell Smith of Smyrna, GA; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Smith and a son, Floyd Smith.

The family will receive friends Thursday, January 21, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Broxton City Cemetery with Rev. Marshall Adcock officiating.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
