The City of Douglas is dedicated to filling potholes and maintaining roadways. With the recent rains and cold temperatures, more potholes are appearing in asphalt around Douglas. The City of Douglas is asking citizens to report all potholes so that workers can properly assess and repair them.

When reporting a pothole, citizens should provide the following: name of the street, direction and which lane the pothole is located.  Citizens can report potholes and other related issues to the Customer Care Center by dialing 311 or (912) 384-3302 or call the Public Works Department at (912) 389-3450.

You may also report a pothole and other issues online by going to www.cityofdouglas.com and submitting a work order through the Customer Request Tracker module.
