Raymond Carver, age 64, of Douglas, GA passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2016, at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA following an extended illness. Mr. Carver was born on March 23, 1951, in Coffee County, GA to the late Chester Carver and Aline Story Carver.
Survivors include: his wife, Angela L. Carver of Douglas, GA; son, Michael (Tara) Carver of Douglas, GA; daughter, Ellie Carver of Douglas, GA; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Rachel Carver and parents-in-law, Oswald and Evelyn F. Lott.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Douglas Mausoleum at the Douglas City Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Fussell officiating.
