Coffee County firefighters worked through the night late Tuesday dousing a large fire that occurred several miles south of Douglas.
Authorities responded to warehouse fire on the Old Pearson Hwy. just off the Willacoochee Hwy. around 8:50 p.m. The back side of the building was ablaze, along with wooden pallets and tractor-trailers.
The fire was extinguished after several hours; the cause has yet to be determined.
