Judith Adelle Chandler, age 59, of Douglas, GA passed away on Friday, March 25, 2016, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Chandler was born on July 19, 1956, in Douglas, GA to the late Mark Daniel Meeks and Annie Eliza Knowles Meeks.

Survivors include: her husband, James Junior Chandler of Douglas, GA; seven sons, Robert Stanley (Michele) Baggett of Kentucky, William Scott (Michele) Baggett of Florida, Joseph Steven Baggett of Kentucky, James Samuel (Danielle) Baggett of Douglas, GA, Michael James (Janie) Chandler of West Virginia, James Scott (Angela) Chandler of West Virginia and Timothy Dewayne (Heather) Chandler of Douglas, GA; brother, Mark Meeks of Broxton, GA; sister, Connie Walls of Florida; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends Sunday, March 27, 2016 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m at Sims Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Harvest Time Church of God with Rev. Loyce Burkett and Rev. Arley Waters officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Grove Church Cemetery.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
