Ms. Kathleen Muncey, age 51, of Douglas, GA passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016, at her home. Mrs. Muncey was born on September 3, 1964 in Coffee County GA to the late Luther Taft and Geneva Reliford Taft.
Survivors include: Daughter: Ashley Nicole Muncey of Douglas, GA, Son: Jason (Tracey) Muncey of Douglas, GA; Sisters: Helen (Billy) Moore of Douglas, GA, Patsy (Richard) Herndon of Millwood, GA, Sarah (Bill) Herndon of Millwood, GA and Janice (Mike) Haley of Dixie Union, GA, Brother: Morris (Donna) Taft of Blackshear, GA, Grandson: Jake Muncey of Douglas, IL, Jonathan Tucker Jr of Douglas, GA, Loyce Tucker of Douglas, GA, Dennis Tucker of Douglas, GA; Granddaughters: Kendalle Muncey of Douglas, GA, Karley Lynn Muncey of Douglas, GA, Hazel Marie Muncey of Douglas GA, Beloved Companion: Lamar “Wormy” McCallister of Douglas, GA and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be at Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Tanner Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Donnie Sloan officiating.
