Ms. Maxine White McCauley, age 82, of Broxton passed away peacefully at home, Saturday evening, June 11, 2016, with family members present. She was born September 22, 1933 to the late J. T. White and the late Millberry Jones White. Mrs. McCauley, a native of Coffee County, was a homemaker. She had been a resident of Broxton for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey McCauley, and a grandson, Mark Johnson. Mrs. McCauley was a member of the Broxton Baptist Church.
Survivors include: 1 Daughter: Janice Johnson of Broxton, Ga. 1 Son: Harvey McCauley, Jr. of Wray, Ga. 3 Grandchildren: John (Alice) Thomas, Jr. of Beaufort, South Carolina Dannie (Alice) McCauley of Leesburg, Ga., and Slade (Brandi) McCauley of Folkston, Ga. Great Grandchild: Breanna Johnson of Broxton, Ga. Great Great Grandchild: Colby Adams of Broxton, Ga. Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Other Relatives.
Graveside Services and Interment will be Monday evening, June 13, 2016, at 5:00 P. M., in the Reedy Branch Cemetery, with Rev. George Carroll Paulk officiating.
