Constance “Connie” Johns, age 62, of Millwood, GA passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2016, at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Johns was born on July 29, 1953, in Waycross, GA to the late Nelson Bennett, Jr and Dorothy Jean Cook Bennett.

Survivors include: her husband, Charles Johns of Millwood, GA; son, Mark Davis of Millwood, GA; three stepdaughters, Brenda (Frankie) Bryan of Millwood, GA, Denise (Raymond) Crosby of Axson, GA and Cindy (Jimmy) Lee of Blackshear, GA; brother, Ronald (Sharon) Bennett of Boynton Beach, FL; six grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Bennett.

The family will receive friends Friday, June 17, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Sims Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Chatterton Church Cemetery with Rev. Gene Chaney officiating.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
