Pauline Boggs Edens, age 76, of Douglas, GA passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at her residence. Mrs. Edens was born on November 26, 1939, in Oven Fork, KY to the late Charlie Boggs and Lora Maggard Boggs.

Survivors include: her four sons, Leland (Robin) Edens of Douglas, GA, Robert (Mary) Edens of Mississippi, Charles (Becky) Edens of Douglas, GA and Mitchell (Shelly) Edens of Douglas, GA; daughter, Melissa (Dawn) Murray of Douglas, GA; brother, Charles Boggs of Indiana; two sisters, Loretta Coats of Indiana and Mary Poleno of Michigan; special friend, W.P. Chaney of Douglas, GA; multiple grandchildren; multiple great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Eugene Edens; a son, Richard Edens; and a daughter, Annetta Edens Reed.

The family will receive friends Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m at Sims Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. Alton Carver officiating. Interment will follow at Refuge Church Cemetery.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
