Mrs. Ruth Carolyn Brigmond, age 81, of Douglas passed away Thursday evening, June 30, 2016, at the Shady Acres Health & Rehabilitation Center, following an extended illness. She was born April 8, 1935 to the late Grady G. Lupo and the late Macy Smith Lupo. She was also preceded in Death by her Husbands, Donald Adams, Gary Pridgen, and Edward Brigmond.
Survivors include: 2 Daughters: Sylvia (Clifford) Stone, and Donna (Wayne) McKinnon, all of Douglas, Ga.; 2 Sons: Donald H. (Ursula) Adams, and Michael (Karen) Adams, all of Jacksonville, Florida. 2 Sisters: Eloise Cox of Manor, Ga., and Janice (Ronald) Wallace of Blairsville, Ga.; 2 Brothers: Jody (Elaine) Lupo of Manor, Ga., and Dan (Virginia) Lupo of Lakeland, Ga.; 7 Grandchildren: Clifton Stone, Jaime Anderson, Jeffrey McKinnon, Christopher Adams, Daniel Adams, and Timothy Adams. 7 Great Grandchildren: Kameron Hursey, Kaitlyn Anderson, Kaycee Anderson, Shelby McKinnon, Cole Mullins, Chandler Mullins, and Caleb Adams. Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Other Relatives.
Funeral Services will be Sunday, July 3, 2016, at 2:00 P. M., at East Side Baptist Church, with the Interment to follow in the Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery, in Clinch County. The Family will begin receiving friends Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P. M., at Ricketson Funeral Home.
