Frank Addington, Jr., a.k.a. “The Aspirin Buster,” has been wowing audiences with his unique brand of exciting bow and arrow archery across the United States. Addington’s accuracy with a Hoyt recurve bow will amaze audiences as he spreads his message about families spending time outdoors together. Multiple targets and objects, as small as a baby aspirin or three baby aspirin, will be shot with his Hoyt recurve bow behind his back.

“The Aspirin Buster Archery Show will bring an exciting new show to our event with a great message and Addington’s unique brand of ‘bow and arrow razzle-dazzle’,” says Georgia Henderson, Public Information Director. “This is a show the whole family can enjoy and we hope to see you at the show!”

Addington resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife and two sons. He has been actively shooting a bow since the age of 4. For over 30 years, Addington has performed in large venues for crowds and also performed private exhibitions for celebrities. Frank is an instinctive archer and is on the pro staff for Hoyt and proudly uses and endorses Hoyt bows for his stage shows, bowhunting adventures, and backyard shooting. Addington is also on the pro staff for Muzzy broadheads.

Show times will be Friday, September 9 at 5 p.m. and Saturday, September 10 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Central Square Complex. General admission to the South Georgia BBQ & Outdoor Festival is free; however, fees do apply for other events during the festival including the Friday night concert featuring Koa, Laney Strickland Band, and headliner  band JJ Grey & Mofro.

For more information or to help sponsor this archery event, call 912-383-0277 or email bbqfest @ cityofdouglas.com.
