Mr. Morgan Anthony Adams, age 32, of Douglas passed away Saturday afternoon, July 9, 2016, at his residence following a brief illness. He was born September 27, 1983 to Lewis Morgan Adams and Brenda Lynn Dean Sloan.
Survivors include: His wife: Mandy Brown Adams of Douglas, GA; 1 Daughter: Caitlyn Goodman of Douglas, GA; Father and Step-Mother: Lewis Morgan and Ann Adams of Douglas, GA; Mother: Brenda Lynn Sloan of Douglas, GA; 2 Sisters: Nicki Kirkland of Douglas, GA, Amber Nicole (Mike Cope) Hollinger of Broxton, GA; 1 Brother: Cecil Dewayne (Andrea) Harvey of Atlanta, GA; Paternal Grandmother: Myrtle Lee Adams of Douglas, GA; Maternal Grandmother: Brenda Faye Carlton of Tifton, GA; Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends and Other Relatives.
Funeral Services will be Thursday, July 14, 2016, at 4:00 P.M. at Harvest Time Church of God with Rev. Levi Jones and Rev. Billy Musgrove officiating. Mr. Adams will be placed in the church at 3:00 P.M. to lie in state until the funeral hour. The interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends, Wednesday evening July 13, 2016, from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M.at Ricketson Funeral Home.
