Satilla Regional Library System welcomed Bright Star Touring Theatre to the Douglas-Coffee County and Pearson Public Libraries this week to perform the show, The Greatest: Sports Heroes from A-Z.

The performers gave various examples of sports heroes from A-Z and opportunities for questions. They also encouraged the children to keep trying and never give up on their dreams. It was a fun and amusing performance for all that attended.

This was the final Summer Reading Program performance for 2016 at Satilla Regional Library System. Thank you to all that attended and supported our Summer Reading Program this year.

For more information on upcoming youth programs at Satilla Regional Library System, call Miss Julie Macomber, Children’s and Young Adult Librarian, at (912) 384-4667 ext. 222. You can also visit us online at our website, www.srlsys.org, on Facebook @ facebook.com/SatillaRegionalLibrary, and on Twitter @SatillaLibrary.
