Mr. Clyde Williams, Sr., age 77, of Douglas, passed away Sunday afternoon, July 31, 2016, at his residence, following an extended illness. Mr. Williams was born November 21, 1938 to the late Olin Williams and the late Maggie Gillis Williams.

Survivors include: His Wife: Aline Stone Williams of Douglas, GA; 1 Son: Clyde (Jamie) Williams, Jr. of Douglas, GA; 1 Brother: D. B. Williams of Sebring, FL; 2 Grandchildren: Ashleigh (Eric) Carter of Alma, GA, Chris (Misty) Willis of Cobb, GA; 7 Great Grandchildren: Alivia Screws , Asher Carter, Erica Carter, Alysa Carter all of Alma, GA, Ana Lynn Willis and Amelia Willis both of Cobb, GA; Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends and Other Relatives.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, in Atkinson County, with Rev. Bobby Fussell officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
