South Central Primary Care Center Inc. is providing Pearson, GA with a new up to date and spacious health care center.

On Wednesday, August 10, 2016 South Central Primary Care hosted a grand opening to celebrate their new clinic located at 640 N. Main Street. Community leaders and citizens of the local area were invited to tour the newly renovated building, meet the staff, and schedule appointments. With the new building, South Central Primary Care’s staff will be able to provide a more comfortable and spacious experience for all of their patients.

Amanda Merritt, the nurse practitioner, welcomed community guests to the grand opening and answered questions throughout the event.  Mrs. Merritt attended Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2008. She worked as a Registered Nurse in multiple specialties. She later attended South University in Savannah, Georgia, where she graduated with high honors with her Masters of Science in Nursing. Mrs. Merritt is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program.

South Central Primary Care is currently scheduling all patients at the new facility.
