Ms. Myrna Louise Rhodes, age 81, of Douglas, GA passed away on Friday, August 19, 2016, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Ms. Rhodes was born on June 1, 1935, in Denton, GA to the late Joe Brown Rhodes and Clara Mae Wright Rhodes.
Survivors include: two nieces, Robin (Bruce) Stevens of Nicholls, GA and Denah (Vinson) Skipper of Jacksonville, FL, several cousins, and Special Caregivers of Southern Community Service.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 22, 2016, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Sims Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held on Monday, August 22, 2016, at 11:00 AM at Denton City Cemetery with Rev. Donnie Kirkland officiating.
