Douglas Mayor Tony Paulk recently signed a proclamation declaring Fire Prevention Week as Oct. 9 – 15, 2016.

This year’s Fire Prevention Week message is “Don’t Wait, Check the Date – Replace Smoke Alarms Every 10 Years.”
