Congratulations to the winners of the 311/Customer Care Center CHS Homecoming Tickets giveaway.
Norris Harrell and Shonterica Armengol were the lucky winners of the Customer Appreciation Giveaway that was held on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016.
Each winner received two tickets to the Coffee High School homecoming game.
